All of our items are shipped by USPS Priority mail padded flat rate envelope or flat rate box. That means, if you're in the US, you'll get your item within 2-3 days from the ship date, depending on your location!
We only ship USPS Priority mail. This ensures that your item will arrive to you in a very timely manner, and you'll have insurance on the item up to $50.
For all international locations we also ship by USPS flat rate padded envelope, but we can't guarantee how long the item will take to ship! We are not responsible for any international import fees that may be incurred when the item arrives at your country. It is impossible for us to pre pay import fees and to predict what they may charge. It is also impossible for us to know which of our orders and to which countries import fees may apply. Buyer assumes all responsibility of import fees.
Order cancellations must be made IMMEDIATELY after purchase. Orders that are not cancelled immediately will be refunded but the price of materials will be deducted from the order price. Once you place an order, you are purchasing the materials needed to create your custom product, once these materials are purchased they cannot be returned and therefore we cannot refund you the cost of these materials. If you cancel your order immediately we will cancel out the entire order and you will receive a full refund.
All order cancellations that are not made immediately will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds and Returns
We stand behind every controller we create. In the event of a controller defect, we offer a full refund (within 7 days of receiving the item) or the option to return the item for a replacement. In the event that your item is defective upon receipt, return the item to us, we'll pay your shipping costs. We'll fix the item and ship it back to you, absolutely free. This policy is only for defective controllers. All controllers are tested for quality to make sure they work like new before being shipped out, but in the event that we overlook something, we want you to be happy.
Returns on custom controller faceplates are done on a case-by-case basis. Due to the fact that these controllers and face plates are made-to-order products, unfortunately we usually cannot accept returns for any reason other than a a defective controller. Since you may order an obscure character that not many people may like, it would be much harder for us to resell an item that you were dissatisfied with. More well-known characters are more likely to be accepted for returns.
If a controller is returned, it must be in the same condition that it was shipped in. Controllers that have been used or show major physical wear or damage cannot be accepted for returns. Controllers that are returned and show physical wear or damage after being returned will have the price of repair deducted from the refund price.
